The responsibility of the lessee for damages to the vehicle can be partially excused, with exception of the amount of the Franchise, paying the supplement of the insurance named CDW (Rebate of Responsibility for damages).
The responsibility for theft of the vehicle can be partially excused, with exception of the amount of the Franchise, paying the supplement of the insurance named TP (Rebate of Responsibility for Theft).
A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. has an insurance of personal accident (PAI) that covers medical expenses of all transported persons in case of accident.
The Insurances named CDW, TP and PAI are included in the A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. rates.
The lessee will be responsible for the good use of the vehicle as well as the fulfillment of the commitments indicated in the rental contract. In case of breach or negligence, A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. will be able to impose the penalties and charges that are of application in every case.
The damages caused in the top part of the auto body, in the low ones of the vehicles, as well as inside the same ones, from the interior, any lacking one or deteriorations not derivatives of the normal use, are not covered for any insurance and they will have to be paid for the client to the supplier of the service, after the valuation of damages.
In the same way, the damages caused by bad use, negligence of the driver as well as the breach of some terms of the general conditions leave without effect the coverages and assurances contracted by the client, who will be responsible for the charges after valuation. The not fortuitous breakdowns, the damages produced to the transported goods or the loss of the same one, they are equally excluded from the coverage of the assurances.
