Obligations of the lessee: The Lessee is forced to present all the documents needed by A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. for the rent of the vehicle and he will have the obligation to present the vehicle in a base of A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. to realize the necessary labors of maintenance and / or repair, and in any case before 30 days of rent.

A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. reserves the right to establish a franchise on the insured quantity (Assurance C.D.W./T.P) for damages to the rented vehicle and/or theft . A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. reserves the right to eliminate the above mentioned franchise by means of the payment of an additional assurance (Super C.D.W.) or of denying the above mentioned possibility of assurance.
A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. reserves the right to refuse the rent depending on the record of incidents of the Lessee or the breach of the General Conditions.
