1) Offices in cities: From Monday to Sunday 08:30 to 13:00 and 16:30 to 20:00 hs.
2) Offices in Airport: Every day between 08:00 and 22:30.hs.
The previous schedules is offered as reference and can be wider or restricted depending on the season and the office. Do not hesitate to consult in the matter.
All the deliveries / returns that take place out of the office counters will have a charge of 20 Euros. They must be confirmed within 48 hours of anticipation.
There is a 20€ Port tax for all deliveries at Ibiza Port office.
Out of these schedules the deliveries where exists an office of A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. will have an additional charge of 30,00 Euros. The returns out of hour are possible without any extra charge. When returning the vehicle after ending of the contract and the lessee is not present in the inspection of the car, for reasons attributable to him (delivery of key in mailbox or no availability) or the return was realized out of the schedule, or in place different from the designated one for the supplier of the service, and there were damages in the vehicle, the client must accept the resultant valuation of the damages of the inspection realized by the personnel of A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. in his absence.
