| Reservations: We ask our clients to inform us the time of pick up of the vehicle as well as of the possible delays of flights in order to give them better service. A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. will support the Reservations of vehicles up to a maximum of 120 minutes after the hour of delivery indicated on the Reservation (in the case that such a period is inside the schedule of opening hours of the office). Once the above mentioned limit expire, the Reservation will remain annulled and A tu Ritmo RentaCar, S.L. reserves the right to keep the vehicle to cover the demand of other clients (In case of flights delays with Reservation of vehicle, it will be kept a maximum of 60 minutes and the time of delivery will be considered as the hour of arrival of the flight). |
